Spruce Hill Community Trust

The Spruce Hill Community Trust is the 501(c)3 arm of the Spruce Hill Community Association. The Trust’s purpose is to carry out lawful business activities on a not-for-profit basis including, but not limited to, community economic development and combating neighborhood deterioration to benefit lower income persons.

The Executive Vice President of the SHCA acts as vice president of the Trust, and the Trust’s directors (not less than 3 nor more than 15) are appointed by the Association. The directors meet on a quarterly basis with an annual meeting in January.
