Who We Are
The Spruce Hill Community Association is a volunteer organization of neighbors committed to strengthening the Spruce Hill community and to enhancing the quality of neighborhood life for all residents.
The SHCA is governed by a five member Executive Board and a 20 member Board
of Directors. Ten of the 20 directors are elected annually for two-year
terms.
[Bylaws were revised in 2005 and the board of
directors downsized from 30 to 20 in 2006.]

Board meetings are from September to June, except for December, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and are open to the public. Committees set their own meeting schedules.
